Hola a mis amigos feliz fin de semana, hoy les quiero compartir unas riquisimas torticas de carne molida.
🍅 Ingredients:
300 g ground beef. 1/2 white onion. 1/2 carrot. 2 cloves of garlic. 1 stalk of green onion. Salt and pepper. Mustard sauce. A few spoonfuls of corn flour. Oil (as needed).
🍅 Ingredientes:
300 grms de carne molida de res.
1/2 cebolla blanca.
1/2 zanahoria.
2 dientes de ajo.
1 rama de cebollin.
Sal y pimienta.
Salsa mostaza.
Unas cucharadas de harina de maiz.
Aceite el necesario.
🍅 Preparation:
Season the meat with salt, pepper, crushed garlic, and mustard sauce. Grate the onion and carrot, finely chop the scallion, and add everything to the meat; knead well to combine all the ingredients.
Form small balls and flatten them slightly, then coat them thoroughly in corn flour. Place a pot or skillet on the stove with plenty of oil and fry the patties until golden brown on both sides, ensuring they are cooked through.

🍅 Preparacion:
Adobamos la carne con sal, pimienta, ajo triturado, salsa mostaza, rallamos la cebolla, la zanahoria, el cebollin lo cortamos muy pequeño y lo agregamos a la carne, amasamos bien para integrar todo.
Hacemos unas bolitas y luego las aplastamos un poco para pasarlas por la harina de maiz y que queden impregnadas, colocamos una olla o sarten al fuego con suficiente aceite y agregamos las torticas dorandolas por ambos lados, comprobanfo que están bien cocidas.
Este plato lo acompañe con arroz blanco y ensalada de lechuga y tomate, este es un plato de muy fácil elaboración perfecto para esos momentos de cocina rápida. Muchas gracias amigos por compartir, es un gusto saludarles. 🫂🫂🙏🏻🙏🏻
