Hola mis amigos como están, hoy les comparto una deliciosa carne encebollada . 🍖🧅
🍖 Ingredients:
2 steaks. 1 large onion.
2 garlic cloves.
Oil as needed.
Sauce (Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper).
🍖 Ingredientes:
2 bistec.
1 cebolla grande.
2 ajos.
Aceite el necesario.
Salsa(inglesa, soya, mostaza, sal y pimienta).
🍖 Preparation:
Start by thoroughly cleaning the steaks and cutting them into bite-sized pieces. Then, season with salt and pepper, as well as the crushed garlic and mustard sauce. Let them sit for a while to absorb the flavor.
In a pan, add 3 tablespoons of oil and 1 tablespoon of margarine and lightly sauté the meat. Once it's half cooked, set it aside. Add the julienned onion and sauté until golden brown. Return the meat to the pan and add 1/2 cup of beef broth. Cook for a while. This meat is very juicy and delicious.
🍖 Preparación:
Empezaré limpiando bien los bistec y los cortamos en trozos pequeños, lugo les colocamos sal y pimienta , también el ajo machacado con la salsa mostaza y los dejamos un rato para que se les impregne el sabor.
En un sartén colocamos 3 cucharadas de aceite y una de margarina y sofreímos un poco la carne al estar semi cocida la reservamos y colocamos la cebolla cortada en julianas y la sofreímos al estar dorada colocamos de nuevo la carne y la agregamos 1/2 taza de caldo de carne y cocinamos por un rato , está carne queda muy jugosa y exquisita .
