Feliz y bendecido dia, hoy les comparto una riquísima chuleta de cerdo al sarten. 🍖
🍖 Ingredients:
1 large pork chop. 2 cloves of garlic. Salt and pepper. Mustard sauce. Red seasoning. Worcestershire sauce. Oil as needed.
🍖Ingredientes:
1 chuleta de cerdo grande.
2 dientes de ajo.
Sal y pimienta.
Salsa mostaza.
Aliño rojo.
Salsa inglesa.
Aceite el necesario.
🍖 Preparation:
Wash and drain the pork chop. Season it with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and crushed garlic. Rub the seasoning well on both sides and set aside.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add enough oil to brown the pork chop. Place the pork chop in the skillet and brown it thoroughly. Add a cup of broth and cook, covered, until the pork chop is tender and the liquid has evaporated. Halfway through cooking, sprinkle the pork chop with a tablespoon of sugar on both sides. 🍖 Preparacion:
Lavamos y escurrimos la chuleta, le colocamos sal y pimienta, aliño rojo, salsa mostaza, salsa inglesa y el ajo machacado, lo untamos bien por ambos lados y reservamos.
Colocamos un sarten al fuego y agregamos aceite suficiente para dorar la chuleta, colocamos la chuleta y la doramos lo suficiente, agregamos una taza de caldo y dejamos cocinar con el sarten tapado hasta que este tierna y consuma el liquido a mitad de cocion bañamos la chuleta con una cucharada de azucar por ambos lados, esta riquisima chuleta la acompañe con arroz blanco, tajadas de platano y ensalada de tomate y cebolla, Gracias amigos por compartir, saludos. 🫂🫂🙏🏻
