Buen día amigos como están? hoy les comparto una exquisita pasta con pollo gratinada, simplemente especial.
🍗 Ingredients:
200g of shredded and prepared chicken. 300g of pasta (small shells).
2 eggs.
White cheese.
Mozzarella cheese.
Oil as needed.
Salt and pepper to taste.
🍗 Ingredientes:
200 grms de pollo despechado y preparado.
300 grms de pasta (caracolitos).
2 huevos.
Queso blanco.
Queso mozzarella.
Aceite el necesario.
Sal y pimienta al gusto.
🍗 Preparation:
Grate the cheeses and set aside. Have the chicken ready. Place a pot of water on the stove to boil the pasta. Once boiling, add salt and a drizzle of oil, then add the pasta.
When the pasta is al dente, drain it. Then add the other ingredients: first the chicken, mix it in, then the cheese, mix again. Beat the two eggs and add them, coating all the pasta. Finally, add the grated mozzarella cheese and bake until golden brown and bubbly. Once the pasta is golden brown, serve a generous portion. You can accompany it with toasted bread or a salad of your choice.

🍗 Preparación:
Rallamos los quesos y reservamos, tenemos el pollo reservado, colocamos una olla con suficiente agua para hervir la pasta, al empezar a hervir colocamos sal y un punto de aceite y agregamos la pasta.
Al estar la pasta en su punto colamos y escurrimos, luego vamos agregando los otros ingredientes, primero el pollo mezclamos, luego el queso, volvemos a mezclar, batimos los 2 huevos y los agregamos bañando toda la pasta, por último colocamos el queso mozzarella rallado y llevamos al horno hasta gratinar todo, al estar la pasta gratinada servimos una porción generosa, puedes acompañarla con pan tostado o alguna ensalada a tu gusto.
