Happy and blessed day friends of Hive food, how are you? Today I want to share with you a delicious recipe for pork chops in mustard sauce with vegetables.
Feliz y bendecido dia amigos de Hive food, como están? hoy quieron compartirles una riquisima receta de chuletas de cerdo en salsa de mostaza con vegetales.
🍖 Ingredients:
1/2 kg pork chops.
1 medium white onion.
1 medium carrot.
3 cloves of garlic.
2 leeks Salt and pepper to taste Soy sauce and mustard to taste.
Oil as needed.
🍖 Ingredientes:
1/2 k chuletas de cerdo.
1 cebolla blanca mediana.
1 zanahoria mediana.
3 dientes de ajo.
2 tallos de ajo porro.
Sal y pimienta al gusto.
Salsas de soya y mostaza al gusto.
Aceite el necesario.
🍖 Preparation:
We have washed and drained pork chops. We cut them into small pieces and season them with salt, pepper, and finely chopped garlic. We set them aside to blend the flavors.
We finely chop all the vegetables and sauté them in a pan with oil and salt to taste. We set them aside. Now we put the pan back on the heat and add the chopped pork chops to brown. Once they are nicely browned, we add the previously sautéed vegetables and mix well. At this point, we add the sauces and cook a little longer over low heat until all the flavors are combined.

🍖 Preparacion:
Tenemos chuletas de cerdo lasvadas y escurridas, las cortamos en trozos pequeños adobamos con sal y pimienta y ajo picadito muy pequeñito, reservamos para mezclar sabores.
Cortamos todos los vegetales muy finos y los salteamos en el sarten con aceite y sal al gusto, reservamos, ahora colocamos de nuevo la sartén en el fuego y agregamos las chuletas troceadas a dorar, al estar bien doraditas agregamos los vegetales previamente salteados y mezclamos bien, en este punto agregamos las salsas y cocinamos un poco mas a fuego lento hasta integrar todos los sabores.
