Hola amigos de Hive Food, un gusto saludarlos, hoy les comparto unas deliciosas carnitas salteadas.
🍖 Ingredients:
300g steak.
1 white onion.
1 large tomato.
2 or 3 cloves of garlic.
1 bell pepper.
Salt and pepper.
Worcestershire sauce to taste.
🍖 Ingredientes:
300 grms de bistec.
1 cebolla blanca.
1 tomate grande.
2 o 3 dientes de ajo.
1 pimenton.
Sal y ponienta.
Salsa inglesa al gusto.
🍖 Preparation:
I'll start by cutting the steaks into strips and marinating them with crushed garlic, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Cut all the vegetables into very thin strips and set aside. Place a skillet with oil over medium heat and add the meats to sauté. Once they are partially browned, add the vegetables one by one and continue sautéing. Cover the pan and let them steam for a bit.
These carnitas are delicious! I served them with rice, baked plantains, and some tasty fried black beans.

🍖 Preparacion:
Comenzare cortando los bistec en tiras y adobandolos con ajo machacado, sal y pimienta, reservamos.
Cortamos todos los vegetales en tiras muy delgadas y reservamos, colocamos un sarten con aceite al fuego y agregamos las carnes para saltearlas, al estar parcialmente doradas vamos agregando uno a uno todos vegetales y seguimos salteando, tapamos la olla y dejamos sudar un poco.
Estas carnitas quedan exquisitas yo las acompañe con arroz, platano al horno y unas ricas caraotas fritas.
