Hello Hive Food friends, I'm sharing another excellent recipe, this time it's for delicious chicken in mustard sauce.

Hola amigos de hive food, nuevamente comparto una excelente receta, en esta ocasion se trata de exquisito pollo en salsa de mostaza.

🍯 Ingredients:

300g chicken breast.
1 small onion.
3 garlic cloves.
2 sprigs of cenolin.
Mustard to taste.
Heavy cream as needed.
Soy sauce Salt and pepper to taste.
Oil as needed.

🍯 Ingredientes:

300 grms de pechuga de pollo.
1 cebolla pequeña.
3 dientes de ajo.
2 ramas de cebollin.
Mostaza al gusto.
Crema de leche la necesaria.
Salsa de soya.
Sal y pimienta al gusto.
Aceite el necesario.

🍯 Preparation:

We have a washed and drained chicken breast. We'll start by cutting the breasts into thin fillets and seasoning them with salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Set aside to allow the flavors to meld. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and scallions and set aside. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the chicken. Once it's nicely browned, remove it and set it aside.

In another skillet with a little oil, sauté the onion, garlic, and scallions until softened. Add the browned chicken, mix well, and add mustard to taste and heavy cream. Continue mixing, season with salt, and let it simmer over low heat for a while to allow the flavors to meld.

🍯 Preparacion:

Tenemos una pechuga lavada y escurrida, comenzaremos cortando las pechuchas en filetes delgados y sasonando con sal y pimienta, salsa soya, reservamos para integrar sabores.

Cortamos la cebolla, el ajo y el cebollin pequeños y reservamos, colocamos un sarten al fuego con 2 cucharadas de aceite y comenzamos a dorar todo el pollo, al estar bien dorado lo sacamos y lo reservamos.

En otro sarten con un poco de aceite colocamos la cebolla, el ajo y el cebollin y lo salteamos bien, agregamos el pollo ya dorado, mezclamos y colocamos la salsa mostaza al gusto y la crema de leche seguimos integrando probamos la sal y dejamos cocer a fuego lento por un rato para unir sabores.

Looks like a really yummy n delicious recipe. I thought that tonight v should give it a try too but I ve read the word Cenolin first time n thought may be it has got a different local name in our region.
And when i searched it in google, I got this result:

I think the recipe can still be prepared without this specific ingredient......
