Hello my friends, I hope you are very well, and have a great weekend, today I join the weekly contest proposed by the qurator team, Qurator's: Hive Top Chef! | From the Oven, for this week we must prepare a dish made in the oven, I loved the challenge, at first I thought of some dessert, but then, I had meat, wheat and other ingredients that are needed to cook a delicious baked Kibbeh, Arabic food is one of my favorites, and everyone at home, I usually make them fried, and their original recipe has other ingredients, such as nuts, on this day I share a recipe more in my style, for my entry, to this contest I will cook them baked, they are a delight, the combination of spices, and other condiments, make their flavor and aroma exquisite, irresistible, and accompanied with Arabic creams, even better. I share with you the step by step.
Baked Kibbe with Chickpea Cream

Ingredients:

300g lean ground beef.
Half a red bell pepper and half an onion.
1 cup of No. 1 wheat flour.
Special quipe seasoning, or 7-spice, cumin, or paprika powder. One teaspoon of each, or to taste.
Salt to taste
Procedure:
1- Soak the wheat in a bowl to hydrate it. Add the wheat, then add enough water to cover it, for approximately 15 minutes.

2- While the wheat is hydrating, season the meat. Grate the paprika and onion, and add the salt and spices. Then, knead thoroughly until everything is combined. Keep tasting to see if any of the seasonings are missing.

3- When the wheat soaking time has passed, we add it to the meat, and mix Well, kneading the meat, in a previously greased baking pan, we add the meat, and spread it well, we put it in the oven for approximately 40 minutes, or until it is golden brown.

4- After the time has passed, we remove it from the oven and serve it. I enjoyed this exquisite Kibbe with a delicious chickpea cream and Arabic bread, a great pleasure for the palate, everyone at home was satisfied with this dish..

Now I say goodbye my friends, I hope you liked this simple but delicious recipe, this baked Kibbe has nothing to envy of the fried ones, I assure you that they are just as delicious, if you can tell me in the comments, how you prefer them, baked or fried, I read them, until next time, hugs and blessings.
