Hello, hello my friends, welcome back to my blog! I hope you're all doing well and having a wonderful weekend. Today, I'm back with a delicious and very simple recipe. This recipe will be my entry for the weekly contest offered by the @qurator team, Qurator's: Hive Top Chef! | Chocolate, this week's special ingredient is chocolate. It's truly special; for me, any chocolate dessert is a delight. Chocolate in any of its forms is delicious and addictive. Plus, if it has a high cocoa content, over 70%, it can be healthy and provide energy. For these and other reasons, it's a favorite for most people, haha. For this post, I want to show you how to prepare a chocolate pudding. My grandmother used to make it almost all the time. It's a simple dessert with few ingredients, and its flavor is irresistible. Let's get started with the step-by-step instructions.

Delicious Chocolate Pudding chocolate


Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder.

  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch.

  • 1 cup of milk.

  • 1/2 cup of sugar (white or brown).

  • 1 tablespoon of butter.

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

  • 1/4 cup of milk.

  • 1 cup of chocolate chips and raisins.

  • 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon.

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder.

  • One teaspoon of vanilla extract.

  • For decoration, you can use chocolate chips, strawberries, maraschino cherries, cream, or whatever you prefer.

Preparation:

  1. First, in a saucepan, add the milk, then the cornstarch. Mix well until the cornstarch is completely dissolved. This prevents lumps from forming while cooking.

2- Once the milk and cornstarch are well mixed, add the sugar and cocoa powder, and continue mixing until all the ingredients are well combined.



3- Once all the ingredients are well mixed, begin cooking over medium heat, stirring constantly. When the mixture starts to thicken, add the butter and vanilla. Continue stirring until it is very thick and comes to a boil. Once this happens, let it simmer for a few more minutes, no more than 5 minutes, and then remove it from the heat.


4- Remove from the heat, let it rest for a few minutes, and serve in glass containers. Refrigerate for about an hour, and then enjoy this delicious creamy chocolate dessert. It's amazing! I decorated mine with maraschino cherries and chocolate chips. This dessert is truly irresistible, and as you saw, very easy to make.
