Como esto sería sólo un aperitivo a mitad de tarde pedimos la hamburguesa más sencilla titulada como La Clásica que consistía en pan brioche, 100 gr de carne de res, pepinillos, cebolla, queso fundido tipo dip y salsa de la casa + 100 gr de papas fritas. Aunque si lo lees de esta manera, no pareciera ser tan clásica, ¿eh? Esta era la cantidad justa de ingredientes para lograr distinguir a la perfección cada uno de los sabores, además de que la suavidad del pan era otro factor que no podía pasar desapercibido.
The place was practically empty except for one table that occupied three diners and, to tell the truth, this was almost perfect to continue with the relaxed vibes of a Sunday afternoon. The first thing that struck me upon entering was the air conditioning at full blast which contrasted greatly with the warmth outside. The second thing that caught my attention was the good music playlist they had to set the mood...or maybe it wasn't so much the playlist, but rather it was at a reasonable volume that allowed you to continue listening to your thoughts.
The menu was not too extensive but offered a rather tempting and pocket friendly proposition. As this would be just an appetizer in the middle of the afternoon we ordered the simplest burger titled as La Clasica which consisted of brioche bun, 100 gr of beef, pickles, onion, melted cheese dip and house sauce + 100 gr of fries. Although if you read it this way, it didn't seem to be so classic, huh? This was just the right amount of ingredients to perfectly distinguish each of the flavors, plus the softness of the bread was another factor that could not go unnoticed.
