I peeled the potatoes with great care. Then I washed them with clean water. I cut them into nice sizes according to the shape of French fries. After cutting them, I put them in a bowl.
Here we will chop the coriander leaves and green chillies into small pieces. Then we will put the besan arrowroot and flour along with the onion and green chillies in the bowl.
Here, I will half-boil the potatoes with a little water and a little salt.
Here we have used salt, eggs, 30 grams of mustard oil and then mixed all the necessary ingredients well. Then we put the semi-cooked potatoes in a bowl. The necessary ingredients were pushed over the potatoes. Later, we mixed them well and made them suitable for cooking.
After the soybean oil was hot, we put the mixed potatoes in the pan. Then, after they were half cooked, I took the french fries out in a separate bowl and let them cool slightly. Later, I put them in the pan again and fried them well.
