Step by step Culinary plan
First I peeled the onions, green chillies, garlic and potatoes well. After that, I tore off the green chillies.Then I cleaned the heads of broccoli well and cut them along the size with a knife.Let us follow you next.
After that I washed all the ingredients with clean water. Especially the broccoli I washed two to three times. Then the potatoes are cut to size. Also, the green chillies, onions and garlic are cut to a good size. After that I finely chopped the coriander leaves. Let us follow the next step.
Then I put the pan on the stove. After heating the pan, add 80 grams of soybean oil. After the soybean oil is heated, I add the green chillies and garlic first. For light frying. Then I mix well with the onions. Let us follow the next step.
Next I add salt, turmeric, dal, sugar and cumin as much as I have given. Then I have combined all the ingredients well. Let us follow the steps next.
After that I gave 250 grams of beef, the meat was already cooked. I combined it with broccoli and alo. Blended well with the meats. Let us follow the next step.
After that I added new potatoes in the amount of 500 grams. After adding the potatoes I mixed well again. Let us follow the next step.
Then I added 250 grams of water and mixed it well.Next I added broccoli. After adding the broccoli, I combined it again. After that we will cover it and keep it for 10 minutes, Let us follow the next step.
Then after the water dries up, we add coriander leaves. Then we add 100 grams of water.
Then we mix it well and add garam masala powder. Mix it again with garam masala and cover it.After putting the lid on, I kept the heat of the stove on medium for about 15 minutes. Let us remember you later.
