Cuando estuve unos días en Valencia - Venezuela, miré lugares para ir a merendar en las tardes, creo que es algo que muchos experimentamos cuando vamos de viaje en busca de cosas nuevas, así que busqué en Internet y encontré uno con muy buenas críticas, se trata de la "Pasteleria HD" situada en el reconocido Centro Comercial Guaparo.
La pastelería es realmente bonita. No tomé muchas fotos del lugar, mis ojos estuvieron enfocados mirando las vitrinas con los postres y tortas que exhibían, como los profiteroles, milhojas, Charlotte y ópera, todos lucían increíblemente provocativos. Nosotros iríamos por postres fríos, así que la tartaleta de fresas y el pay de parchita fueron nuestras opciones.
Una vez hecho el pedido, nos sentamos a esperar en la mesa, que se identifican con un número pegado a las macetas que están sobre las mesas. Esto le da un lindo toque de color y complementa la decoración del local. Enseguida llegó el joven a la mesa con el pedido, todo es servido con esmerada atención. Ambos postres estaban muy frescos, las bases estaban crujientes, tenían la acidez y el dulzor equilibrados, las fresas tenían muy buen tamaño y el pie una generosa capa de merengue. ¡Todo estaba delicioso! Que satisfacción es comerse un postre que cumpla con todas las expectativas, eso ya me hizo pensar en repetir una próxima visita.
Pero no solo son expertos en postres y dulces, sino que, también preparan la masa madre y con ella elaboran sus panes. Y si además estás por la zona al mediodía, puedes almorzar porque cuentan con un variado menú.
Sin duda, la Pastelería HD, es uno de esos lugares a los que querrás volver una y otra vez para comer un delicioso postre o tomar un café . Creéme tus papilas gustativas te lo agradecerán 🍰😋
When I was a few days in Valencia - Venezuela, I looked at places to go for an afternoon snack, I think it is something that many of us experience when we go travelling in search of new things, so I looked on the internet and found one with very good reviews, it is the "Pasteleria HD" located in the renowned Guaparo Shopping Centre.
The patisserie is really nice. I didn't take many photos of the place, my eyes were focused on looking at the display cases with the desserts and cakes on show, like the profiteroles, mille-feuille, Charlotte and opera, all looking incredibly provocative. We would go for cold desserts, so strawberry tartlet and parchita pie were our choices.
Once the order was placed, we sat down to wait at the table, which is identified by a number attached to the flower pots on the tables. This adds a nice touch of colour and complements the décor of the place. Soon the young man arrived at the table with the order, everything is served with attention to detail. Both desserts were very fresh, the bases were crisp, the acidity and sweetness were balanced, the strawberries were a good size and the pie had a generous layer of meringue. Everything was delicious! What a satisfaction it is to eat a dessert that meets all expectations, that already made me think of repeating a next visit.
But they are not only experts in desserts and sweets, they also prepare the sourdough and use it to make their breads. And if you happen to be in the area at lunchtime, you can have lunch because they have a varied menu.
Without a doubt, Pastelería HD is one of those places where you will want to come back again and again to have a delicious dessert or a coffee. Believe me your taste buds will thank you 🍰 😋
