Hello everyone! Today I'm greeting you all while preparing dinner. This is Spain, and this was our rest stop on that trip. I remember it being our second choice because the larger rest stops were full and we couldn't park here. So we chose this one. It was already evening, so we looked for a restaurant nearby.
We chose this restaurant. Upon entering, we found a table and were given a menu by a staff member who then recommended dishes.
For this meal, we chose simple dishes that the restaurant could prepare quickly. Each of us ordered a dish for dinner and chose beer to drink with our meal.
There were about five of us. We sat at a table together, chatting casually while waiting for our food. Then the dishes started arriving.
The food was quite simple, with a variety of options, nothing too elaborate. The taste was good, but not exceptionally amazing. However, the presentation of each dish was very appetizing. I'm not sure if it was because we were hungry or not.
We enjoyed our meal after a long journey. We often look for restaurants when we stop for rest, as it's convenient, and this was another one where we had dinner.
It might be a relatively simple meal, nothing particularly special, but enjoying it with friends during our trip made us happy.
