Hello everyone, today I'm going to be cooking with you all! Today's dish will be a Thai twist on an Italian dish. My dish today is stir-fried spaghetti with minced meat and basil. This is my first time making spaghetti, as I'm not very good at Italian food, but I wanted to learn and adapt the flavors to suit Thai cuisine, so I wanted to create this dish.
Ingredients
- 200 grams squid
- 1 handful of spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons of ready-made stir-fried basil sauce
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 10 grams of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 basil leaf, to taste
Methods
- Boil the spaghetti. This is commercial spaghetti. Boil water with salt until the water boils, then add the spaghetti and cook for about 6 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Cut the squid into small pieces to prepare for stir-frying with the other ingredients. Add oil, garlic, and then add the chopped carrots and onion. Stir-fry until well combined.
- Then add the stir-fried basil sauce. Once everything is cooked, stir-fry until everything is cooked through. Then add the sliced squid.
- Add the gathered spaghetti and stir-fry until well combined. Once it's combined, add the washed and prepared basil leaves. Add more for more aroma. Stir-fry until well combined. Then, prepare to serve on a plate.
The resulting dish is the same as Pad Krapow, but with Spaghetti Krapow. I really like this dish. I served it to my father and girlfriend. They loved it. My family , who is Italian but not particularly particular about food, was open to eating what I made and praised me.
This is my first time making Spaghetti Krapow. Thank you for following. I hope you all enjoy my posts and photos. Have a great day!
