How to make it
- Crush the biscuits until fine, then mix with the melted butter, mix well, then refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
- Beat the fresh cream in a bowl, while melting the gelatin powder, set aside, then mix. Cheese yogurt and sugar, add whipped cream, then pour melted gelatin into the cream and mix well.
- Pour the cream into the biscuits, lick it and then refrigerate for about 3 hours.
- In the meantime, blend fresh cherries. At this stage, you can mix sugar or cornstarch, but our cherries are already sweet, so we don't mix anything. Just blend them and wait on top of the cheesecake.
- When the cheesecake is ready, take it out of the refrigerator and pour the blended cherry cream on top. Then decorate it, you can decorate it in pieces or all at once.
- Refrigerate for about 1 hour. It's done and ready to serve. Scoop into a cake plate. Those who have cherry cream sauce can pour it on top for beauty and sweetness, but ours is already sweet, so we didn't add any more, just decorate the cake pieces.
