Hello everyone! It's me again, back in the kitchen, with another cooking demonstration. Today's menu is Spaghetti with Eggs. It was my first time making this dish, and it turned out delicious, so I wanted to share it with you all. And of course, this will definitely be one of my regular dishes! The method is quite simple. Let's look at the ingredients and how to make it.

Ingredients
- 200 grams of spaghetti noodles
- 3 eggs
- 50 grams of Belgian Endive
- 50 grams of green onions
- 4 small dried chilies
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of palm oil
- 1/2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder

Method
- Crush the chilies and garlic, then sauté them in 1/2 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Once the chilies and garlic are cooked, add the eggs. Don't rush to stir-fry them, as this will make them too finely chopped. We want them to have chunks of egg.

- Next, add the prepared vegetables, followed by the seasonings: oyster sauce, soy sauce, and seasoning powder. Stir-fry until the vegetables are cooked and everything is well combined. Then add the remaining palm oil. This will help the spaghetti turn a beautiful golden yellow.

- Once everything is well combined, add the toasted spaghetti and stir-fry until almost everything is mixed together. Notice that the noodles are starting to turn a golden yellow, looking appetizing due to the palm oil. It looks like everything is well combined, so prepare to serve.

Now I’m ready to enjoy this stir-fried spaghetti with egg. The flavor is well-balanced, delicious, and fragrant with palm oil.

You can reduce the amount of pepper before eating if you like. This is a dish I made myself and wanted to share the recipe with everyone. I hope you all enjoy my cooking photos and stories. Thank you for following. Have a great day!
