I have to say that I'm someone who likes to cook Thai food and this is the first time I've tried making it. But I've usually made kimchi, which is Korean food, so this time I wanted to try it. It might not be the same as the original recipe because I came up with the recipe myself without looking at it. I just put in whatever ingredients I wanted. But when I tried it, it was delicious, so I wanted to share the recipe for everyone to try to follow easily. Let's see how to make it and the ingredients.

Ingredients
- 500 grams of chicken wings (or any part you like)
- 2 tablespoons of gochujang sauce (Korean chili sauce)
- 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of lemongrass powder
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2-3 rosemary leaves
- 1 teaspoon of white sesame seeds
Method
- Wash the chicken wings and make incisions so that the chicken can absorb the spices well when marinating. Then marinate with the seasoning powder, pepper, lemongrass powder, garlic powder, Korean sauce, and olive oil.
- Then use your hands to knead and massage the chicken wings to mix with all the seasonings. Then leave it or refrigerate for about 30 minutes - 1 hour.
- Grill the chicken in a hot pan. No need to add oil because the olive oil is already oily. Make the chicken moderately cooked and slightly charred. Then add water. Add rosemary leaves for fragrance, sprinkle sesame seeds once, cover the pot and leave for about 15-20 minutes to let the chicken be tender and absorb the seasoning. Open the lid and flip the chicken over to cook until it is fully cooked.
- When the chicken is cooked, the sauce will gradually dry up and become sticky. Turn off the heat, sprinkle sesame seeds again with the remaining rosemary leaves, and serve.
And this is my method of making Korean marinated grilled chicken. It tastes delicious and not too spicy because the Korean sauce is not very spicy. You can eat it as a snack or with rice. It is delicious, fragrant and soft.
