Hello everyone, today I'm going to show you how to make beef meatballs. Meatballs are a food that's easy to find in some areas and are easy to eat, but finding one that tastes just right can be difficult. The texture also depends on the recipe and preparation method, and some shops might have ingredients we don't like. So today, I want to make my own beef meatballs. Let's look at the method and ingredients for this recipe.

Ingredients
- 800 grams of beef
- 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 2 teaspoons of ground black pepper
- 1.5 teaspoons of salt
- 1.5 teaspoons of seasoning powder
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil
- 200 ml of cold water

Method
- Take the minced beef and freeze it. I recommend freezing it in a bag and cutting it into thin pieces to make it easier to blend later. - Let it freeze until it's almost solid, but not completely frozen.

- Meanwhile, prepare the ingredients to add to the ground meat. Dissolve the cold water, cornstarch, baking powder, and other ingredients in the water until well combined. This mixture will be added when blending the meat.

- Next, take the chilled meat and blend it. I'm using 400-gram portions because my blender is small. Blend slowly, adding the meat and seasonings little by little to prevent the blender from clogging and ensure thorough blending. Try to press and stop the blender frequently to prevent overheating; if the machine overheats, the meat will cook and won't be bouncy.

- Continue blending until finished. Then, refrigerate for about 10 to 15 minutes to make the meat fluffy and bouncy. Meanwhile, prepare boiling water. Use low heat for boiling.

- Prepare ice-cold water to shock the meat while it's cooking. This will make the meat bouncy and tender. You can add ice cubes as well.

- Once the meat has chilled, shape it into round balls of your desired size. Wearing gloves will help prevent sticking and make shaping easier. Then, use a spoon to scoop the meat into balls. - Put the meatballs into boiling water and keep stirring until all the meat is incorporated.

- Continue boiling until the meatballs float to the surface, but don't remove them yet because the inside may still be undercooked. Wait until they are fully cooked. You can check the inside by turning them over; if the meat is still pink, it's not fully cooked yet.

- Once the meatballs are cooked, remove them and place them in the prepared cold water. That's it! You can eat them as is, add them to noodles, or grill or fry them and serve with dipping sauce.

And that's my method for making beef meatballs. The recipe can be adjusted according to the amount of meat. Anyone who wants to try making them can use this recipe.

I guarantee this recipe results in bouncy, delicious meatballs with a perfect flavor. I hope everyone enjoys my cooking post. Thank you for following and have a great day!
