Hello everyone! It's me again, and today we're going to make seafood fried rice. It's a really easy dish, the steps aren't complicated, and it's delicious as a standalone meal or as an accompaniment to other dishes. Let's look at the ingredients and how to make it.

Ingredients (Serves 5)
- Cooked rice (5 small cups)
- Shrimp and squid (200 grams)
- Green peas (100 grams)
- Sliced carrots (100 grams)
- Onion (100 grams)
- Two eggs
- ½ tablespoon seasoning powder
- 20 grams minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- Chopped scallions, black pepper.

Instructions
- Cook the jasmine rice. You can let it cool overnight; don't use freshly cooked rice as it will make it soggy.

- Prepare all the vegetables so they're ready to be stir-fried with the rice.

- Stir-fry the shrimp and squid in oil with the garlic and a little seasoning powder until cooked. Remove and set aside. This will prevent the shrimp and squid from having a fishy smell. - To make it fragrant when stir-fried with rice:

- Sauté the garlic in oil again, then add the three vegetables and stir-fry so they cook quickly.

- Next, add the rice and stir-fry. Crack an egg into the rice now; this will coat the rice with the egg, giving it a fragrant yellow color.

- Stir everything together, then add the prepared seasoning powder and soy sauce. Stir until the rice is almost cooked.

- Then add the prepared shrimp and squid and mix well with the rice. When almost done, sprinkle with chopped green onions and pepper.

- Finished! Serve and enjoy! This is our easy way to make seafood fried rice. The quantity can be adjusted according to the number of people.
