Hello everyone, today I will take everyone to cook Thai food. The menu that I will make today is Pad Mee Wai Wai, which is a favorite menu at home right now. This time, I made it for four people, which is quite a lot. I often make this menu. During this time, it is still my favorite menu, so I make it often. Because the taste is easy to eat and it tastes good with anything, meaning spicy food can be eaten with this type of food. Let's see the method and ingredients.

  • Fried shallots (or fresh shallots, chopped)
  • Various vegetables (carrots, cabbage, mustard greens, spring onions)

Preparation steps
  • First, we will fry the eggs by adding a little seasoning, adding a little soy sauce, seasoning powder. Add black and white sesame or not, depending on your preference. Then fry the eggs first to stir-fry with the noodles later. The eggs will not be too mushy. Then cut the eggs into pieces, not too small or too large. Set aside the eggs for stir-frying.

  • Prepare to cut the vegetables. Wash all vegetables and cut them into small pieces to prepare for stir-frying. Then finely pound the garlic. Chop the shallots, but for us, we already have fried shallots, so we don't need to use chopped shallots.

  • Stir-frying steps After frying the eggs, use the same pan because there is still oil, so you can add a little oil. Fry the garlic until fragrant and yellow. Add fried shallots. Or if anyone has fresh shallots, fry them together with the garlic.

    • Then add the meat, seasoning sauce, hot dogs and vegetables, stir-fry until well mixed. Add a little water, then stir-fry the vermicelli until well mixed (Wai Wai noodles must be soaked in water first). Wait until the water seeps into the noodles, stir-fry until dry and well mixed.
