- Stir-frying steps After frying the eggs, use the same pan because there is still oil, so you can add a little oil. Fry the garlic until fragrant and yellow. Add fried shallots. Or if anyone has fresh shallots, fry them together with the garlic.
- Then add the meat, seasoning sauce, hot dogs and vegetables, stir-fry until well mixed. Add a little water, then stir-fry the vermicelli until well mixed (Wai Wai noodles must be soaked in water first). Wait until the water seeps into the noodles, stir-fry until dry and well mixed.
- Stir-fry the prepared egg mixture together. Add chopped spring onions in the last step and stir-fry again. Turn off the heat and prepare to serve.
