Hello everyone, today I'm back with you all again. I've been cooking a lot lately, and since I have free time, I'm always looking for recipes to cook for myself and my family. Today's dish is stir-fried mushrooms in oyster sauce. It's a dish I've made every now and then. I found some wild mushrooms today, not those I'd forage in the wild, but found in the supermarket, so I bought them. This recipe came to mind. It's super easy to make. Let's take a look at the ingredients and steps.
Ingredients
- 200 grams of Chanterelle mushrooms
- 200 grams of Japanese leeks
- 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder
- 1 teaspoon of soybeans
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of oil
Methods
- Wash the mushrooms thoroughly, as they're bar mushrooms. Wash them several times until you're sure they're clean, then set them aside. Then, cut the spring onions into about 2-inch lengths and wash them as well.
- Pour oil into a pan and add the roughly pounded garlic. Let's wait until the garlic starts to cook. And when it's slightly fragrant, add the cleaned mushrooms and stir-fry until combined.
- Then, season with the seasonings, soy sauce, seasoning powder, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry until everything is well combined.
- When it starts to cook, add the chopped spring onions. You don't need to add sugar for this recipe, as the sweetness from the spring onions enhances the sweetness and flavor.
- Continue stir-frying until the spring onions are cooked through. Ready to serve.
The finished dish looks delicious paired with hot steamed rice or bread. This dish is easy to make. If you don't have Chanterelle mushrooms, you can use other mushrooms, depending on your preference. If you want to try it, try adapting this recipe. I guarantee it's delicious. I hope you enjoy sharing my photos and stories. Thank you for following. Have a great day!
