Hello everyone, today I'm in the kitchen again and today I'll take everyone to make a Somtum Pa menu. This menu is similar to papaya salad, but the difference is that it adds a few ingredients, which are various kinds of vegetables. The word "Pa" in Thai means "forest", which means having a lot of plants, so I adapted it into "Somtum Pa". The method is similar to the general papaya salad. It's easy. Let's see the ingredients and method.

Ingredients
- 100 grams of rice vermicelli
- 100 grams of pickled mustard greens
- 100 grams of bean sprouts
- 100 grams of bamboo shoots
- 2-5 tomatoes
- 3 fresh or dried chilies
- 1 garlic
- 1 teaspoon of MSG
- 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon of tamarind juice

Method
- Pound the chili and garlic until fine. Then add the tomatoes cut into small pieces and pound them a little, not too finely.
- Then add the bamboo shoots, pickled mustard greens cut into small pieces and season with fish sauce, tamarind juice, MSG, then pound them lightly and mix them together.
- Then add the boiled rice vermicelli and bean sprouts. At this stage, you don't have to pound them too much because they will be too fine.
- Mix them together and taste for additional flavors. If you like sour, salty, and spicy, you can add more ingredients to your liking. Then, prepare to serve.
- Arrange on a plate and eat. You can eat it with fresh vegetables for even more deliciousness.
And this is my papaya salad. It takes a long time to make because the ingredients are hard to find. Today I went to an Asian restaurant and got a lot of bean sprouts, so I thought of this menu along with pickled cabbage.
It is another menu that I like to eat often. If anyone likes it, try to make it. It is an easy menu. I hope everyone likes this meal menu of mine. Thank you for following. Have a nice day.
