  • 300 grams of dried Cassia Leaves

  • 1 shallot

How to make it
  • Boil the Cassia Leaves water in one cup of water to reduce the bitterness, then pour out the water. If it is fresh leaves, you can boil it about three to four times to reduce the bitterness because Cassia Leaves is very bitter, but the dried leaves used have been boiled and dried, so boil only one cup of water.
