Ingredients
- 300 grams of dried Cassia Leaves
- 200 grams of minced beef
- 1 tablespoon of red curry paste
- 100 grams of coconut milk
- 200 grams of Water
- 1 shallot
- 2 grams of dried galangal
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder
- 3 green chilli.

How to make it
- Boil the Cassia Leaves water in one cup of water to reduce the bitterness, then pour out the water. If it is fresh leaves, you can boil it about three to four times to reduce the bitterness because Cassia Leaves is very bitter, but the dried leaves used have been boiled and dried, so boil only one cup of water.
- Then put the water and boil, add the red curry paste, galangal, shallots, garlic, and beef. And fresh green chili
- When the water starts to boil, add coconut milk, season with fish sauce, seasoning powder, then taste it. If anyone wants a different flavor, they can add more.
- Boil for a while to make the coconut milk a bit richer to enhance the flavor. It's delicious and fragrant from the coconut milk. Then add fresh vegetables to sprinkle on top to make it fragrant. Then prepare to serve.
