Hello everyone, today I'll be taking you into my kitchen and showing you all the dishes I've made. These are dishes I've been cooking constantly, not in one day, but over several days, so there are a variety of dishes. Today, I'm going to present a dish, but it's not a cooking method. Some dishes I make for myself, while others I make for my family, as some dishes are too spicy. Some people don't like spicy food, so today I'll share some of my creations with you all.

Most of my dishes are spicy, typically Thai dishes. However, some dishes don't have the ingredients or seasonings I can adapt. For example, fish entrail curry is a Southern Thai dish. I adapted this dish because fish entrail curry has its own unique ingredients and seasonings, but I can still tweak the flavor. It might not be as intense, but it still has a rich aroma. It's similar to eating rice noodles, and it's incredibly delicious. This dish is almost my favorite.

Next is the moringa curry. This moringa curry is made with dried moringa leaves from Thailand, given to me by a friend, and I often use it in my cooking. I add it to the curry paste and coconut milk, and it's incredibly delicious. It's even more delicious when eaten with rice. It doesn't have the sharpness of being cooked multiple times. I love this dish and it reminds me of home.

The next dish is the glass noodle salad. This dish can be adapted in many ways, depending on the ingredients and seasonings you have available. With only a few ingredients, the flavors will be similar. I added some boiled vegetables for a delicious flavor, and I really love vegetables.

The next dish is fried rice with eggs. This is a dish my whole family loves, and I make it often. I'm proud to present it. It's easy and delicious. The egg coats every grain of rice, creating a rich aroma when stir-fried. The seasoning isn't overwhelming. The ingredients you use depend on how you want to use them. I've already shared the recipe, so feel free to follow along.

Next is stir-fried beef with basil. This is another one of my favorites. Sometimes stir-fried beef with basil can be made with minced beef or seafood, but today it's beef with basil sauce. You can also add other seasonings to suit your taste. I also added some basil leaves to enhance the flavor. This dish is absolutely delicious.

The next dish is larb beef. This is a northeastern Thai dish with a spicy, sour, salty flavor, and the aroma of roasted pork. This dish has a unique, delicious flavor. I make it often, and it's even more delicious when paired with vegetables or sticky rice. It's easy and simple to make.

Next up is the deep-fried chicken wings with fish sauce. Marinate the chicken with fish sauce and seasoning powder, let it soak, and then fry it. The flavor is rich and fragrant with fish sauce. This dish is especially delicious when paired with som tam (green papaya salad). It's also delicious as a snack or with sticky rice. And here's a dish I made myself. Cooking is a joy when I get to cook food I love and enjoy my own creations. I can add any flavors I like, depending on my preferences. I hope you all enjoy my food. Thank you for following along.
