Hello everyone! Today I'm taking you into the kitchen. But today I'm not cooking, I'm making a dessert. This is a dessert I used to eat when I lived in Thailand. Since moving to Italy, I've been craving it, but it's not easy to find, so I decided to make it myself. Looking at the recipe, it doesn't seem too difficult. Today I want to share how to make taro and Sweet Potato grilled (Mantip).

Ingredients
- 500 grams each of sweet potato and taro
- 200 grams of coconut milk
- 200 grams of granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 200 grams of boiled corn

Instructions
- Wash and clean the taro and sweet potato, then cut them into small pieces. Steam them until cooked. Once cooked, mash them thoroughly while still hot; this will make them easier to remove. Separate the ingredients.

- Next, mix the coconut milk, sugar, and salt together. The ingredients are divided equally between the two groups based on the quantities of each ingredient.

- Once well mixed, shape the mixture into small, bite-sized balls. Once finished, grill or barbecue.

- A charcoal grill would be ideal, but since I didn't have one, I used a pan and arranged the balls, flipping them occasionally to slightly brown and enhance the aroma.

- That's it! You now have a delicious sweet treat. If you want it sweeter, you can add more sugar according to the recipe.

This concludes my recipe for sweet potato and taro sweet potato. This time, I wasn't entirely satisfied because the taro was too chewy.

I hope it will be better next time. I hope you enjoyed my post and photos. Thank you for following and have a great day!
