Hello everyone! It's me again, and today I'm taking you to Sushi Stella Tortona Italy for some delicious Japanese food. This restaurant is practically one of my favorites because we come here so often. We love the taste and the wide variety of dishes, and importantly, they have some of my favorites! Today, I'll show you what we ordered.

First, we ordered hot tea – green tea today. Before drinking, you have to wait about 5 minutes for the tea flavor to develop. If you drink it after that time, it'll just be like drinking plain hot water. So, be patient and wait!

Okay, first up is some seaweed and thinly sliced salmon with sauce. I order this regularly because the salmon flavor goes perfectly with the sauce.

The restaurant generally offers sushi and other rice dishes. We chose a little bit of each so we could try many different kinds. We got salmon sushi, both seared and sashimi style.

Today, we ordered temaki – cone-shaped seaweed-wrapped rice. This time we ordered a lot! Sometimes we just order one type, but this time we wanted to try several varieties, so we ordered four! They're all delicious.

After that, we had stir-fried vegetables, specifically a stir-fried vegetable dish with oyster sauce, shrimp, bamboo shoots, and shiitake mushrooms. This dish was well-balanced and kept things interesting. The food wasn't overly spicy, but it offered a change of style, making it enjoyable to eat continuously.

The next dish, which we always order at every restaurant, is grilled seafood. We chose seafood, especially the grilled shrimp skewers. No matter where we go, we always order them because they're delicious – three small shrimp per skewer, grilled and lightly dipped in sauce.

We really love this dish. We also frequently order slightly larger shrimp. Along the side, they serve grilled fish, squid, and salmon. We order a little of each, but they're served on a large platter because they're all grilled items, making the dish look very impressive.

Finally, we had cream-filled steamed buns, fried steamed buns, and cheese balls. We chose the fried items last because they're fried. Actually, we love the cream-filled steamed buns because the cream is sweet and the bun has a lovely milky aroma. This time, we ordered the fried steamed buns, served with condensed milk – a perfect combination!

To finish, we had a digestive drink: hot sake. This drink is our go-to as a dessert after a meal. Sake comes in many flavors; we chose a sweet and fragrant one that wasn't too strong. It's perfect for the cold weather.

And this is what our lunch looked like at our favorite restaurant. I hope you enjoyed my photo post! Thank you for following and have a great day!
