

Hola amigos de @hivefood espero que su semana haya marchado genial, por aca no habia podido compartir nada porque ha sido una semana de corredera pero hoy gracias a Dios pude hacer un almuerzo DELICIOSO y obviamente les tengo la receta por aca, sencilla pero divina asi que manos a la obra👇

INGREDIENTES:
🥩 500Gr de Bistec
🥩 1 Cebolla
🥩 1/2 Pimenton
🥩 mostaza
🥩 Salsa Inglesa
🥩 Oregano
🥩 Sal
🥩 Paprika
🥩 1 papa
🥩 1 Zanahoria
INGREDIENTS:
🥩 500Gr of Steak
🥩 1 Onion
🥩 1/2 Cup of Paprika
🥩 mustard
🥩 Worcestershire Sauce
🥩 Oregano
🥩 Salt
🥩 Paprika
🥩 1 potato
🥩 1 Carrot

Okey vamos a comenzar primero dandole algunos golpecitos a la carne con una piedra, para seguidamente picarla toda en juliana y reservarla

Tambien vamos a picar la cebolla y pimenton en juliana

Agregamos un poco de aceite a una paila y comenzamos a sofreir la cebolla y pimenton

Una vez que se vayan muriendo agregamos la carne y mezclamos muy bien para dejar pasar unos 15 minutos que ella comenzara a soltar su liquido

Mientras se cocinaba la carne piqué la papa y zanahoria tambien en juliana para luego agregarla a la carne

Como ultimo paso agregue 1 cucharada de mostaza, oregano, salsa de soja, y sal, removemos muy bien para finalmente agregar un poco de agua y dejar cocinar 20 minutos mas a fuego bajo
As a last step add 1 tablespoon of mustard, oregano, soy sauce, and salt, stir very well to finally add a little water and let cook 20 minutes more on low heat

Y asi quedó🤤🤤 la verdad DIVINA asi que si la hacen no se arrepentiran🥰
