
Hola amigos de @hivefood feliz domingo, espero que ya esten descansaditos porque ya falta poco para volver a las rutinas jeje!! Por aqui hoy fue domingo de hacer de todo un poco, a full maquina! Pero obvio que tambien comimos jeje y como aqui llevamos la vida y la alimemtavion en el mayor equilibrio que el bolsillo y las cosas de la vida nos lo permitan😂😂 hoy desayunamos pan con jamon y queso, obvio que me comí 2 pan frances, que estaban divinos ademas, pero para el almuerzo debiamos equilibrar asi que en lugar de arroz comí yuca, y ademas le puse un aderezo divino que junto al bistec y el tomatico formaron el almuerzo mas rico que me he comido en toda la semana jajaja y aqui les dejo el sencillo paso a paso👇👇

Around here, today was a "do a little bit of everything" Sunday, at full speed! But obviously we also ate, and since we lead our lives and nutrition with as much balance as our pockets and life circumstances allow😂😂 today we had bread with ham and cheese for breakfast. Of course, I ate 2 French rolls, which were divine by the way, but for lunch we had to balance things out. So instead of rice, I ate yucca, and I also added a divine dressing that, along with the steak and tomato, made the most delicious lunch I've had all week, hahaha. Here is the simple step-by-step👇👇

INGREDIENTES:
✔️ 700Gr de Bistec
✔️ 2 tomates
✔️ 2 cebollas
✔️ 1/2 Pimenton rojo
✔️ perejil
✔️ 1kg de Yuca
✔️ Aceite
✔️ Ajo

Okey comenzamos pelando, cortando y lavando muy bien nuestra yuca, para luego llevarla a hervir con un poco de sal hasta que esten bien blandas
Okay, we start by peeling, cutting, and washing our yucca very well, then we boil it with a bit of salt until it is very tender.

Mientras la yuca hervía, vamos a picar en juliana la cebolla y el pimenton y llrvamos a nuestro sarten con un poquito de aceite
While the yucca was boiling, we are going to julienne the onion and the bell pepper and take them to our pan with a little bit of oil.

Una vez que esten bien muertos vamos a agregar nuestros bistec que anteriormente sazonamos con sal, paprika y oregano
Once they have softened nicely, we are going to add our steaks, which we previously seasoned with salt, paprika, and oregano.


Mientras esto se terminaba de cocinar tome el perejil y lo corte bien chiquitico, solo las hojas, lo agregué a un frasco con 2 granos de ajos bien machacados y 2 deditos de aceite, mezclé todo muy bien y dejé resposar hasta que todo estivo listo asi se integraron todos los sabores.
While that finished cooking, I took the parsley and chopped it very finely (leaves only). I added it to a jar with 2 cloves of well-crushed garlic and "two fingers" of oil. I mixed everything very well and let it rest until everything was ready so all the flavors could meld.


Y despues de unos 30 minutos nuestro almuerzo estuvo listo y asi luce🤤😍

La verdad la yuca estaba DELICIOSA super blandita, pero el aderezo le dio un toque delicioso y la carne pues divina, nada que acotar mas que es una receta divina y super rapida de hacer, ademas bastante saludable 🥰😍
To be honest, the yucca was DELICIOUS and super soft, but the dressing gave it a wonderful touch and the meat was just divine. Nothing more to say except that it's a wonderful, super quick recipe to make, and also quite healthy 🥰😍
