Cenando perros en el centro comercial la rosaleda [ESP/ENG]
Buenas noches amigos de la comunidad de @hivefood, espero que todos hayan pasado un excelente fin de semana y unas lindas vacaciones de semana santa junto a sus seres queridos. Yo por acá me encuentro bien gracias a Dios. Los invito a que sean todos bienvenidos a mi blog.
Hoy pasó nuevamente por esta comunidad, con el fin de compartirles lo que fue mi cena del día de hoy. Fui a misa de la vigilia pascual o de la resurrección de cristo. Es una misa bastante larga por la cantidad de lecturas que tienen. Llegamos a la iglesia a las seis de la tarde y salimos a las nueve de la noche, andaba en compañía de mi familia, al salir teníamos hambre y decidimos ir a visitar una sucursal de ventas de perros calientes llamada la escalerita ubicada en el centro comercial la Rosaleda al este de la ciudad.
Esta venta de perros caliente también esta en la avenida Lara, al este de la ciudad, es la que yo conozco, sin embargo me hablaron tanto de esta sucursal que realmente quería conocerla. En primer lugar, para ver si los preparaban igual a la sucursal, tenia esa curiosidad ya que realmente es la misma pero con diferentes socios. Yo quería visitar esta panadería de la rosaleda que es donde lo preparan.
Les comento que realmente son tal cual como los de la otra sucursal que es la panadería tulipán y déjenme decirle que esta panadería que esta en el centro comercial la rosaleda, se llama la gran saleda del este. Es una panadería muy linda y acogedora.
Cada quien llega hace su cola y su pedido ahí mismo, ya que hay una chica con el computador tomando pedido, cancelamos y vamos a retirarlo, si queremos comer ahí mismo a las afueras comemos o si no dentro de la panadería que fue nuestro caso.

Yo soy fan de los perros calientes me encantan y he encontrado este local llamado la escalerita donde los preparan del otro mundo demasiado buenos, le colocan full queso amarillo del gouda, que es el bueno por ser cremoso y con un sabor rico. Ya este local se esta extendiendo por todo lado, donde hay panadería que sea de la misma cadena de la panadería tulipán. También le colocan papas ralladas de las normales, su salchicha de buena calidad, kechup, cebolla rallada quien quiera colocarle.
En cuanto a las salsa, colocan una gran variedad y todas son ricas, a mi me encanto la de queso fundido y la maíz. Estos perros los deguste con una malta de 2 litros que ordenamos para todos. es la primera vez que visito esta escalerita de la rosaleda y quede contenta por la atención que brindan todo el personal empezando por los meseros. aben que recomiendo ampliamente este lugar de perros caliente.

Yo ordene dos para mi y mi hija, para mi esposo y el novio de mi hija 3 para cada uno. la panadería es amplia, sencilla pero muy linda y acogedora, además de ser un lugar seguro por encontrarse en un centro comercial con vigilancia. Así que le doy 10/10.

Eating hot dogs at La Rosaleda Mall
Good evening, friends of the @hivefood community. I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and a lovely Holy Week holiday with your loved ones. I’m doing well here, thank God. I invite you all to visit my blog.
Today I stopped by this community again to share what I had for dinner today. I went to the Easter Vigil Mass, or the Mass of the Resurrection of Christ. It’s a pretty long Mass because of the number of readings they have. We arrived at the church at six in the afternoon and left at nine at night. I was with my family, and when we left, we were hungry, so we decided to visit a hot dog stand called La Escalerita, located in the La Rosaleda shopping center on the east side of the city.
This hot dog stand is also on Lara Avenue, in the eastern part of the city—it’s the one I’m familiar with—but I’d heard so much about this location that I really wanted to check it out. First of all, I wanted to see if they made them the same way as at the other location; I was curious because it’s actually the same place but with different partners. I wanted to visit this bakery in La Rosaleda, which is where they make them.
I’ll tell you that they’re really just like the ones at the other location, which is the Tulipán Bakery, and let me tell you that this bakery, located in the La Rosaleda shopping center, is called La Gran Saleda del Este. It’s a very nice and cozy bakery.
Everyone who arrives gets in line and places their order right there, since there’s a girl with a computer taking orders. We pay and go pick it up; if we want to eat right there, we can eat outside, or inside the bakery, which was our case.

I’m a huge fan of hot dogs—I love them—and I found this place called La Escalerita where they make them absolutely amazing. They load them up with plenty of Gouda cheese, which is the best because it’s creamy and has a rich flavor. This place is spreading everywhere now, wherever there’s a bakery that’s part of the Tulipán bakery chain. They also top them with regular shredded potatoes, high-quality sausage, ketchup, and shredded onion for those who want it.
As for the sauces, they offer a wide variety and they’re all delicious; I loved the melted cheese and corn sauces. We enjoyed these hot dogs with a 2-liter malt we ordered for everyone. It’s my first time visiting this little spot in La Rosaleda, and I was pleased with the service provided by the entire staff, starting with the waiters. I highly recommend this hot dog spot.

I ordered two for myself and my daughter, and three each for my husband and my daughter’s boyfriend. The bakery is spacious, simple, yet very cute and cozy, and it’s also a safe place since it’s located in a shopping center with security. So I give it a 10/10.
