Sean bienvenidos a mi blog.

Delicious yellow corn cachapas with handmade cheese and pork pulp for dinner
Hello friends of the @hivefood community, I hope you are all having a happy and blessed week full of abundant blessings for each of you and your families. Welcome to my blog.

You know, I was really busy today, both in the morning and in the afternoon, because the group I work with in my parish had a Christmas party at 6:00 p.m. and we finished at 9:00 p.m. Tomorrow at six in the morning we have the Christmas Mass. For that reason, I didn't feel like making dinner, much less cooking, so when I was coming home with my husband, we stopped at a little street place where they make cachapas right in front of you, which are super good, very tasty.

They have various accompaniments for the cachapas. I almost ordered mine with pork and queso de mano cheese, which I love, and when I order them, I accompany them with malt, which is also one of my favorite drinks.

My husband is a little more traditional and orders it only with queso de mano cheese and malt as a drink. They spread butter on it, which gives it a spectacular touch.

They also make this same type of cachapa but over a wood fire. I don't really like food cooked over a wood fire because it tastes like charcoal to me, but everyone has their own tastes, so he ordered three to take home and enjoy for breakfast the next day. Well, I didn't like them very much because they were a little burnt, unlike the grilled ones, which were very tempting and nicely browned.

We also ordered three cachapas for my daughter, but the ones that are grilled, since she doesn't like the ones cooked over a wood fire either. We bought them for her on their own so she could have them with whatever she wanted. I should mention that these cachapas were delicious, as always.

That's all for today. Here are some photos I took. I hope you enjoy my content. Thank you in advance to those who read to the end. See you next time.
