Hola amigos de la comunidad de @hivefood, espero que todos hayan pasado unos excelentes carnavales y quienes hayan salido regresen con bien a sus hogares. Sean todos bienvenidos a mi blog.

Hoy una vez más me encuentro con ustedes con el fin de compartirles una deliciosa cena para cerrar este martes de carnaval. Ya se terminan las cortas vacaciones y todos debemos retomar el rabajo, pero antes quise degustar e ir nuevamente a un sitio que está ubicado al este de la ciudad y que a menudo lo visito, ya que preparan unos excelentes perros calientes full queso amarillo, no le niegan nada pero lo que se llama nada.

Estos vienen con pan de perros de tamaño regular, con su salchicha de buena calidad marca Alimex , se qué es Alimex porque los vi al momento de prepararlos, pepinillo y lo demás es full queso amarillo también de buena calidad, quien quiera le coloca cebolla rallada y lo normal que es mayonesa y ketchup.

Son extremadamente buenos y ricos, quien come una vez se pone adicto como es mi caso, poco me gustan los perros comprados en restaurantes o locales pero acá me encantan, además de las salsas que ofrecen como : maíz, tártara, espinaca, 4 quesos, salsa azul entre otras, lo cierto es que son súper buenos.

De igual manera la relación precio-calidad es muy accesible. En ningún otro local y menos al este de la ciudad prepara unos perros calientes tan espectaculares y económicos. Son 2 perros por 3$, adicional puedes pedir la bebida de tu preferencia ya que este local pertenece a una panadería que está ahí mismo subiendo las escaleras, por tal razón el nombre del local que no es un local porque es una tremenda idea que se le ocurrió a los dueños de la panadería.

Ellos sacaron afuera dos carros de perros calientes con sus empleados, y los colocaron junto a algunas mesas, en las escaleras de acceso al edificio. Las mesas son altas y modernas pero sin sillas para que las personas coman de pies o se puede sentar en las escaleras a degustar los perros calientes o también pueden subir las escaleras y sentarse en las mesas de la panadería y ahí pueden comparar su bebida como, refresco, jugo natural, café o cualquier otra bebida.

De verdad que para mi esta gente lo pensó muy bien porque a todas horas que visitamos la escalerita y cualquier día está súper full de personas, tanto que hay que hacer largas filas para comprar.

Enjoying delicious hot dogs, American style

Today, once again, I am here with you to share a delicious dinner to end this Carnival Tuesday. The short vacation is over and we all have to get back to work, but first I wanted to enjoy myself and go back to a place located in the east of the city that I often visit, as they make excellent hot dogs with plenty of yellow cheese. They don't deny you anything, absolutely nothing.

These come with regular-sized hot dog buns, with good quality Alimex brand sausage. I know it's Alimex because I saw them when they were being prepared. They also have pickles and plenty of good quality yellow cheese. Anyone who wants can add grated onion and the usual mayonnaise and ketchup.

They are extremely good and rich. Once you try them, you become addicted, as in my case. I don't really like hot dogs bought in restaurants or local establishments, but here I love them, as well as the sauces they offer, such as corn, tartar, spinach, four cheeses, blue sauce, among others. The truth is that they are super good.

Similarly, the price-quality ratio is very affordable. No other place, especially in the east of the city, makes such spectacular and affordable hot dogs. You get two hot dogs for $3, and you can also order your favorite drink, as this place belongs to a bakery located right there up the stairs. That's why it's not really a place, but rather a great idea that the bakery owners came up with.

They brought out two hot dog carts with their employees and placed them next to some tables on the stairs leading up to the building. The tables are tall and modern but without chairs, so people can eat standing up or sit on the stairs to enjoy their hot dogs. They can also go upstairs and sit at the tables in the bakery, where they can buy drinks such as soft drinks, fresh juice, coffee, or any other beverage.

Honestly, I think these people really thought it through because every time we visit the staircase, it's always packed with people, so much so that you have to wait in long lines to buy anything.
