This recipe is called Cholar Ghana. First, we have to soak the chickpeas in water for four to five hours. Then we have to remove them from the water and keep them in a bowl.
We have to fry the oil well with a sufficient amount of oil in a pan.
After frying the oil, we have to fry it well with sufficient amount of jaggery powder, onion roots and spices.
Then we have to stir it well for five to six minutes. When the frying is finished, pour the chickpeas in it. After pouring, we have to stir them well. So that all the masalas are mixed with the chickpeas.
After frying it for a minute, I have used a Radhuni masala. Other spices can also be used here.
After waiting for four to five minutes, they will be complete. Now I took them home to eat. Now I started eating.
