Hello everyone,
Today I will share with you a simple recipe from our house. The current recipe was made by me and my wife. I made it exactly the way we make it in the village.

Today we made egg-potato soup. This dish is made in almost every house in the village. It can be eaten anytime, morning or afternoon. I handled the work of the stove and cutting the potatoes, and my wife took care of the spices, peeling the eggs and tasting the soup. While the two of us were talking, we didn't realize when the cooking was over.

Ingredients Required
Eggs – 2
Potatoes – 2 medium, chopped
Onions – 2 (chopped)
Garlic – 4–5 cloves
Dried chillies – 1–2
Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon
Red chilli powder – ½ teaspoon according to spiciness
Salt – to taste
Oil – as required
Water – for broth

First, we put the eggs in a pot and boiled them well. When they were boiled, we cooled them and peeled them. Then we lightly fried the eggs in a pan with a little oil. This gives the eggs a beautiful color and makes them delicious to eat when they are cooked.

Then we peeled the potatoes and cut them into medium-sized pieces. We also fried the potatoes in a little oil, so that the potatoes don't break while cooking the soup.

Then I put a pan on the stove and added oil, chopped onion, garlic and dried chili. I slowly stirred it and fried it. When the onion became soft and fragrant, I added turmeric, red chili and salt. My wife said, grind it well, otherwise the broth will not taste good. So I ground the spices well.

When the spices were ground, I put the fried potatoes and eggs together in the pan and stirred it a little. Then I added water as expected. I cooked it on medium heat with a lid. After a while, I saw that the potatoes had become soft, and the broth was also fine.

Finally, we turned off the stove and sat down with hot rice to eat. It was a very simple dish, but the taste was different because it was made by two people and with their own hands. Real peace is found in such home-cooked food.

Thanks..

It's an interesting recipe; I've never tried fried eggs, so I'm thinking of making this recipe.
