Yes, the food is very home style, so in general you can choose a pretty healthy combination, skipping a little bit some fried food that we decided to indulge in.
Health first and foremost, are you referring to the plate of ribs when you comment on the slight burning? I think that balance and mindfulness in eating is everything. Sometimes it is difficult to control these aspects when we eat out, as well as wanting to do so, because as you say it can be preferred this way. But I think we should mainly be careful on a daily basis in our homes, counteracting these possibilities in external settings. As long as it's not a lifestyle, I think the exceptions fill us up a little more with life.
