Good evening Hivers, if you have read my previous post you will know that today we were quite busy following various medical tests and visits far away towards southern Florence, I also made a post where I talked about this little trip, since it was late and we were tired and without any desire to cook we decided to stop for dinner in one of our trusted restaurants in the area, a place with a large menu, a nice environment, fair prices and excellent table service, we were a little tired so we didn't order a banquet as usual but in any case we didn't have miss nothing. As a first course we had some delicious vegetable udon, I also love those with meat but tonight we wanted vegetables, then I had salmon tartare and sashimi, dishes that I always have because I love it and a shrimp tempura, how good. Then gunkan with cheese and mixed fish, always excellent and a really large plate of chicken with mushrooms was really plentiful and with a delicious sauce!! To finish we took various uramaki and fried hossomaki and mixed classics with tuna, salmon and vegetables, we left full and satisfied ready to relax with a good film without having to cook anything!
Buenas noches Hivers, si habéis leído mi post anterior sabréis que hoy estuvimos bastante ocupados siguiendo diversas pruebas médicas y visitas lejanas hacia el sur de Florencia, también hice un post donde hablé de este pequeño viaje, como era tarde y estábamos cansados y sin ganas de cocinar decidimos parar a cenar en uno de nuestros restaurantes de confianza de la zona, un lugar con una amplia carta, un ambiente agradable, precios justos y un servicio de mesa excelente, estábamos un poco cansados así que no pedimos banquete como siempre pero en cualquier caso no tuvimos no te pierdas nada. De primer plato comimos unos udon de verduras riquísimos, a mí también me encantan los de carne pero esta noche queríamos verduras, luego comí tartar de salmón y sashimi, platos que siempre hago porque me encanta y una tempura de gambas, que buena. Luego gunkan con queso y pescado mixto, siempre excelente y un plato muy grande de pollo con champiñones era realmente abundante y con una salsa deliciosa. Para terminar tomamos varios uramaki y hossomaki fritos y clásicos mixtos con atún, salmón y verduras, salimos llenos y satisfechos listos para relajarnos con una buena peli sin tener que cocinar nada!
