Potatoes, cabbage and tomatoes sauce pie. (ENG/ESP)

Good morning blog friends, how are you? Today I'm bringing you with me to one of my favorite recipes, cabbage, potato and tomato sauce pie. I love vegetable and meat pies, they are delicious dishes even if they are not very dietary.

For this pie you need:

  • 100 grams of white cabbage
  • 60 grams of white potatoes
  • 250 ml of béchamel sauce
  • 400 ml of tomato sauce
  • 4 tablespoons of salt
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of pepper

First of all, let's take care of the potatoes, which are the ones that require the longest cooking time, let's peel them well and cut them into thin slices. Let's also prepare a pot with 500 ml of water to boil, as soon as the water boils, throw the potatoes into the pot with two tablespoons of salt and cook them for 15 minutes.

¡Buenos días, amigos del blog! Hoy les traigo una de mis recetas favoritas: pastel de col, patata y salsa de tomate. Me encantan los pasteles de verduras y carne; son platos deliciosos, aunque no sean muy dietéticos.

Para este pastel necesitas:

  • 100 gramos de col blanca
  • 60 gramos de patatas blancas
  • 250 ml de salsa bechamel
  • 400 ml de salsa de tomate
  • 4 cucharadas de sal
  • 4 cucharadas de aceite
  • 2 cucharadas de pimienta

Primero, vamos a preparar las patatas, que son las que más tiempo requieren para cocerse. Las pelamos bien y las cortamos en rodajas finas. También preparamos una olla con 500 ml de agua a hervir. En cuanto hierva, echamos las patatas con dos cucharadas de sal y las cocinamos durante 15 minutos.

Then we drain everything, prepare a baking tray on which we spread the cooked cabbage and potatoes evenly, seasoning with pepper and oil, mixing well, finally we add the tomato sauce, spread it well along the entire tray and do the same thing with the béchamel. Then we preheat the oven to 200 degrees static after ten minutes we bake the tray for about 40 mini, the last ten minutes of cooking we put the oven on fan cooking to give the top of the pie a little crust. We serve this really super delicious and nutritious dish hot! I love it and I bought a lot of it!!!

Luego preparamos la col, limpiamos las hojas exteriores e interiores y cortamos la cantidad deseada en tiras. La añadimos a la olla con las patatas, añadimos la sal restante y cocinamos todo junto durante unos veinte minutos más. Después, escurrimos todo, preparamos una bandeja de horno donde extendemos la col y las patatas cocidas uniformemente, sazonamos con pimienta y aceite, mezclando bien. Finalmente, añadimos la salsa de tomate, la extendemos bien por toda la bandeja y hacemos lo mismo con la bechamel. Luego, precalentamos el horno a 200 grados estático. Después de diez minutos, horneamos la bandeja durante unos 40 minutos.

Durante los últimos diez minutos de cocción, ponemos el horno con ventilador para que la parte superior del pastel tenga un poco de corteza. ¡Servimos este plato súper delicioso y nutritivo caliente! ¡Me encanta y ne comi un montón!
