I think you can find some in Italy, and you can even try at home, as there are many ready-made broths that are frozen and imported from China. You just need to add some water and the broth together in a rice cooker or in a pot that needs continuous heating. Then you can add anything you want, meat or fish needs to be sliced for faster cooking in the broth, and vegetables can be easily cooked.
