For these two super sandwiches, you'll need:

  • 2 medium rolls of bread of your choice
  • 150 grams of spinach
  • 4 slices of cooked pork loin
  • 2 slices of Edam cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of salt
  • 1 vegetable stock cube

First, prepare the spinach. If it's unwashed, rinse it thoroughly under running water. Then, prepare a pot with 500 ml of water, salt, and the vegetable stock cube. Bring the water to a boil, dissolve the stock cube, and then cook the spinach for about fifteen minutes, until it's soft and has absorbed some of the stock, which enhances its flavor.

Para estos dos sándwiches super ricos, necesitarán:

  • 2 panecillos medianos de su elección
  • 150 gramos de espinacas
  • 4 lonchas de lomo de cerdo cocido
  • 2 lonchas de queso Edam
  • 3 cucharadas de sal
  • 1 pastilla de caldo de verduras
