Good afternoon and happy Saturday, blogging friends, how are you? Here I am again with one of my recipes. This Saturday I decided to cook a delicious dish of spiced chicken drumsticks and potatoes for my family.

For this recipe, you'll need:

  • 6 chicken drumsticks
  • 500 grams of potatoes
  • 8 tablespoons of oil
  • 6 tablespoons of curry powder
  • 6 tablespoons of turmeric
  • 4 tablespoons of potato spice mix (white pepper, black pepper, rosemary, and thyme, divided into about a teaspoon for each spice)
  • 6 tablespoons of fine salt

First, prepare the potatoes. Peel them well and then cut them into roughly the same size pieces for easier cooking.

Arrange them on a large baking sheet and season with 4 tablespoons of oil, stirring constantly. Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons of curry powder, 3 of turmeric, and 4 of the spice mix. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and then put the pan in the oven.

Para esta receta necesitarán:

  • 6 muslos de pollo

Add the chicken to the potatoes, which have been cooking for half an hour, and then cook the chicken and potatoes together for another 40 minutes, stirring occasionally and turning the chicken drumsticks. Serve hot, this delicious spiced chicken and potatoes dish—super flavorful and perfect for a weekend lunch.

Coloca las patatas en el horno y cocínalas durante media hora, dándoles la vuelta de vez en cuando. Mientras tanto, prepara el pollo. Retira las plumas del pollo; si las hay, quítalas. Ooohhh... With curry, potatoes and chicken,,, this dish is similar to my country's chicken... But ours has carrots and is a bit saucy...
