
Hi bloggers, today I'm going to share a simple and delicious fried rice recipe with an added omelet that makes it extra special. It has a savory and spicy flavor from special ingredients, it's homemade chili oil that I have at home. Okay, let's get started.
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1/2 spring onion
- 1/2 onion
- a handful of dried shrimp
- cold rice
- 3 tbsp chili oil
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1/2 grated carrot
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- vegetable oil
Steps:



- Crack 1 egg, add salt and pepper and beat it, then cook it in a pan.

- Once cooked, set aside.


- Chop the spring onion and onion.


- Heat the vegetable oil, then sauté the onion until golden brown.


- Add the chopped spring onion and sauté until fragrant.

- Add the dried shrimp that had been washed.



- Add the prepared cold rice and stir until well mixed.

- Add chili oil and stir again.

- Add sweet soy sauce, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce and stir until mixed.


- Add carrots and stir again.


- Add pepper and salt seasoning.


- Before turning off the heat, add the spring onion pieces again to enhance the aroma, then stir briefly.


- Turn off the heat and plate as desired.


- Chili oil fried rice is ready to serve.
