
Hi bloggers and food lovers. Today I'm going to share how I enjoy ramen. This time it's spicy carbonara ramen, which is still quite spicy even without any other ingredients mixed in. Since I want to share it with my sister who can't handle spicy food very well, I made it this way. This time I made it even creamier by mixing in milk and cheese. Okay, let's get started.
Ingredients:



- 2 packs of carbonara ramen
- 1 tbsp butter
- onion
- 150 ml full cream milk
- 2 slices of cheese
- spicy meatballs
Steps:

- Heat water in a pan

- Add the ramen

Cook until boiling for about 4 minutes
Set aside

- Melt the butter in the pan

- Sauté the onion until browned


- Add the milk to the pan



- Add the carbonara noodle seasoning and stir until well combined

- Add the previously cooked noodles back in


- Stir the noodles again and wait until the milk starts to reduce

- Place the cheese slices on top

- When the cheese starts to melt, turn off the heat



- Serve the noodles on a plate with the crushed meatballs and seaweed as toppings


The chewy texture from the noodles and creamy spicy flavor create a rich taste, a delightful combination.
