Hi bloggers and food lovers, happy weekend everyone. Today I'm going to share our traditional food that looks like snow, has a crispy and chewy texture, and is dipped in spicy soy sauce sambal, making it a perfect flavor combination. Okay, let's get started.
Ingredients:
- 200 grams of tapioca flour
- 1 spring onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- a pinch of salt
- 100 ml water
Steps:

- Put 3 tablespoons of tapioca flour and chopped spring onion into a pan

- Add garlic powder, salt, and ground pepper

- Add water to the pan

- Stir until the mixture is blended

- Turn on the heat and cook over low heat

- Stir until the mixture thickens and becomes clear like this

- Put the hot dough into the remaining tapioca flour in another container

- Knead the dough in the tapioca until it is blended and can be shaped into balls (this is an important part of making successful cireng)

- Take the dough and flatten it

- Fry in hot oil over low heat

Cook until puffed and firm
Remove and drain

- For the dipping sauce, chop the chili peppers and add soy sauce

- Crispy Snow Cireng is ready to eat
