Ingredients:
- 7 curry leaves
- ground spices (garlic, shallots, ginger, galangal, red chili peppers, lemongrass)
- 2 cloves
- 2 cardamom
- 2 star anise
- 700 ml water
- chicken meatballs
- chili sauce
- cooking oil
- salt
- garlic powder
Steps:

- Heat the cooking oil, then sauté the ground spices until fragrant. Add water to the pan.

- Add the curry leaves, cardamom, and star anise


- Add the cloves, salt, and garlic powder to the pan

- Stir until well combined

- Wait until the curry broth begins to boil

- Add the chicken meatballs

- Cook until the meatballs float to the surface


- Serve on a plate


- Put the top with the sauce
