Hi bloggers and food lovers. Today I’m going to share a simple and delicious lunchbox idea. It has a cute shape, and best of all, it doesn’t take long to make. Even adults love it, and kids will definitely love it because of its fun shape. Okay, let’s get started
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 200 grams white rice (to taste)
- 1 sausage
- chopped green onions
- grated cheese
- 1 tbsp aonori/nori flakes
- 1 tbsp dried chili flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- a pinch of salt
- half a sheet of nori
Steps:
- Cut the sausage into small pieces

- Chop the green onions and grate the cheese

- Prepare the rice and place it in a bowl

Add the sesame oil and aonori to the bowl
Set aside

- Sauté the sausage and green onions until fragrant and slightly browned

Add the chili flakes to the sautéed sausage
Add a pinch of salt and pepper

- Remove from heat and transfer to the bowl

- Mix the rice and other ingredients until well combined

Shape the rice into an oval like this
Set aside

- Crack the egg and beat it lightly

- Prepare the nori, cut into long strips, and place them in the pan

- Spread the beaten egg along the nori—just a thin layer, no need to make it too thick

- Sprinkle grated cheese on top

- Place the pre-shaped rice on top

Roll the egg and rice together until the rice is completely covered
Repeat until all the rice is used up

- Serve on a plate and top with tomato sauce

- Egg roll rice are ready to eat
