Fried Dim Sum With Melted Cheese

Hi bloggers and food lovers. Happy weekend. Today I'm going to share a recipe for fried dim sum filled with cheese that melts when you eat it. It tastes savory, creamy, and is perfect as a special weekend dish. Okay, let's get started.

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of chicken thigh and breast meat
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 stalks of green onion
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1.5 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • ice cubes
  • 1 egg
  • 5 tablespoons of tapioca flour

  • a little water and flour solution for spring roll glue

Steps:

  • Put the chicken meat, chopped green onions, garlic powder, pepper, salt, sesame oil, oyster sauce, and ice cubes into a chopper

  • Chop until mixed but not too fine (according to taste)
