Hi bloggers and food lovers, how are you all doing? I hope you’re having a great time at the end of this month. Today I’m going to share a recipe that’s simple, delicious, and easy to make. This fried shrimp with mayonnaise is one of my favorite dishes when I eat at Chinese restaurants—it has a sweet, savory, and slightly tangy flavor from the mayonnaise sauce. Okay, let’s get right to it.

Ingredients:

  • 5 shrimp
  • 1 egg white

  • a pinch of pepper
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:

  • Peel and clean the shrimp

  • Split the shrimp like this

  • Crack the egg and add only the egg white to the bowl containing the shrimp

  • Add the cornstarch, baking soda, and a pinch of salt to the shrimp

  • Mix everything together and marinate the shrimp for at least 1 hour

  • After 1 hour, prepare the all-purpose flour, rice flour, and pepper in a new bowl

  • Coat the shrimp with the flour mixture

  • Place the shrimp in the preheated oil

  • Fry the shrimp briefly until golden brown

  • Remove and drain

  • Put mayonnaise in a bowl

  • Add sweetened condensed milk to it

  • Add pepper powder, milk and lemon juice to it

  • Stir and mix all the ingredients together

  • Add the fried shrimp to the mayonnaise sauce
