Hi bloggers and food lovers. Today I'm going to share my sister's favorite dish, which she's been requesting a lot lately: gochujang noodles without broth and not fried, which we call “nyemek” here. Okay, let's get started.
Ingredients:
- 2 egg noodles
- 1 egg
- 1 spring onion
- 1 tbsp gochujang paste
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp pepper
- 250 ml water
- a little vegetable oil
- sesame seeds
- fish cake (optional for topping)
Steps:

- Cook the fish cake until done, then set aside

- Put the gochujang paste, minced garlic, chili flakes, dark soy sauce, a pinch of salt, sesame oil, and sugar in a bowl

- Add water to it

- Stir until mixed

- Put it into the pan

- Add pepper powder into the solution

- When the water starts to boil, add the noodles and boil for 2 minutes

- Add egg

- Stir until the sauce thickens and reduces

Add chopped spring onions
Remove from heat and place on a plate

- Place fish cakes on top of the noodles

- Sprinkle with sesame seeds

- Gochujang noodles are ready to serve
