
Hi bloggers and food lovers! Today I’m back to share a simple and delicious breakfast recipe to start your day. It’s made with potatoes and egg, filled with cheese and smoked beef or you can substitute it with any other protein you like. Okay let's get started.
Ingredients:
- 1 potato
- 1 egg
- smoked beef
- grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 slice of cheese
- olive oil
- spicy sauce
Instructions:


Peel the potato using a peeler
Wash the potato, then slice it thinly, I used a peeler to slice the potato

- Heat the olive oil in a pan

Place the potato slices in the pan
Cook the potato over low heat until tender, about 5 minutes

Flip the potatoes
Crack 1 egg and beat it lightly

- Pour the beaten egg over the potatoes like making an omelet

- Once half-cooked, flip the potato omelet

- Spread spicy sauce over half of the omelet

- Add a slice of cheese

- Add the smoked beef on the slice cheese

- Add the grated mozzarella on top

Then fold and cover with the other side
Cook briefly until the cheese melts


- Remove from heat and serve with tomato sauce on top
