Ingredients:
- 1 kg oyster mushrooms
- Black pepper sauce
- 1 onion
- Spring onions
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Vegetable oil
- Red and green chili peppers or bell peppers
Steps:
Prepare the ingredients:
Clean all ingredients thoroughly with running water. Soak the oyster mushrooms in hot water mixed with salt, then rinse them with running water and drain them.

Chop all the onions and peppers, then set them aside.



In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients, then add the black pepper sauce, sweet soy sauce, tomato sauce, and sesame oil. Stir until well blended.





Cook:
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the chopped garlic until it is slightly browned and fragrant.

Add the sliced onions and chilies, and cook until the onions change color and caramelized.


Add the oyster mushrooms to the pan.


Then pour in the sauce mixture.
Stir-fry for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through and well mixed. Don't forget to adjust the seasoning.
When it's almost done, add the chopped green onions.



The oyster mushroom sauce is ready to serve.
